  • What kind of animals do you treat?

We love to treat dogs and cats! We refer exotic animals needing veterinary care to Stahl Exotic Animal Veterinary Services.

  • Do I need to have an appointment?

Yes, patients are seen by appointment only.

  • Do you have parking?

Yes, our private parking lot offers ample parking.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Major Credit Cards including American Express and Care Credit. See our full payment policy and options.

  • Can I make payments?

Payment is required at the time of service. However, Care Credit can assist with veterinary bills and payment plans. http://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/

  • At what age should I have my pet spayed or neutered?

As a general rule, we recommend performing a spay/neuter at 6 months of age in most small-medium sized dogs and 4-6 months of age in cats. In larger breed dogs, we recommend waiting until 1 year of age as some studies show this might help reduce the risk of certain diseases developing when your pet is older.

  • How long do sutures stay in after my pet’s surgery?

Sutures are usually removed 10-14 days following the surgical procedure.

  • Do you board pets?

Yes, please check out our MVP Resort site to learn more.

  • How long is my appointment?

We generally schedule most routine visits as 30 minutes and any new patient and puppy/kitten visit is scheduled as 1 hour, so we have adequate time to review your prior medical history and answer any questions you may have.

  • What should I do if I have an emergency?

If this occurs during normal business hours, contact our hospital if possible to update us that you are bringing your pet in to us. If we are closed, we recommend bringing your pet to the local emergency hospital
