Please note: Our wellness plans are for wellness items only. This is not pet insurance and this is not for any accidents, illnesses, or diseases. The contract term is 12-months. Should you choose to cancel at any time, you will owe a one-time payment that is equal to the total dollar value of services your pet has received minus the monthly payments made to date.

What is a wellness plan?
A wellness plan is an annual package of services that include preventative healthcare services such as vaccines and lab tests.
Does my pet need a wellness plan?
Absolutely. The wellness plan covers standard annual services at a discount and allows you to pay up front or in monthly installments. Wellness plans have proven to help veterinarians detect diseases earlier, resulting in faster and more effective treatment.
Are wellness plans the same as insurance?
No. Wellness plans help you plan and budget for regular preventative care to keep your pet healthy. Wellness plans do not cover illness, injury or emergencies.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, if you need to cancel your plan for any reason, we are able to do so. Keep in mind that if you want to cancel a plan mid-year that you may have received a large volume of services that have not yet been paid for by the monthly payments you were going to be making for the 12 months. So, in order to cancel the plan, our system will tell us the retail value of the services you received during the plan you are canceling and it will subtract any payments you have made to date.
For example, if you are 3 months into your year contract and your pet has received $350 worth of services and have paid 3 monthly payments of $49 for a total of $147. The difference would be $203 that is owed in order to cancel the plan. In some scenarios, it remains cheaper to maintain the monthly payments and let the plan cancel at the end of the 12-month contract period.
